Below is the Mifflin Black History Month Schedule:


Black Lives Matter Week of Action - Feb 2nd - Feb 6th
- Community Meeting time will be use to reflect and learn about the ongoing struggle for education, justice, and liberation in the black community.
- Requesting for staff and students to wear all black on Feb 6th to celebrate the completion of the week

BHM Door Decorating Contest - Feb 9th-27th
- All homerooms will participate in a door decorating contest based on the theme black history month
- The winning class will receive a pizza party or ice cream social

Meet the Greeks Presentation - (5-8th grade) - Feb 27th @9:30AM
- Performance and information from fraternities and sororities of the Divine Nine

Black History Month Recap - Feb 27th
- Requesting for staff and students to wear red, black, and green (Pan-African/Marcus Garvey Flag colors) on Feb 27th to commemorate the ending the Black History Month and a few students will share what they learned during morning announcements.
