About Our Special Guests:

Diana Baye
Propietor, Vault + Vine

Diana Baye is a Philadelphia native and is excited about building a sense of community through everyday interactions. She has a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Therapy From Thomas Jefferson University and multiple Associate’s degrees from Penn State and Community College of Philadelphia. After working in the medical field for a few years, Diana decided that a traditional work environment didn’t allow for her to be as present and active as a wife and mother as she would like, so she sought out other opportunities. Now as the Co-owner of Vault + Vine, she is able to prioritize her family while deliberately cultivating the sense of community that she longed for through every aspect of the business, such as hosting a community fridge, offering a kid friendly meeting space, and featuring other local small businesses in the retail and cafe spaces.

Omari Baye
Author, Child & Family Therapist

Omari is a native Philadelphian motivated by a strong desire to assess and understand how trauma and barriers to resources impact child development. He earned a degree in psychology at Morehouse College and pursued Master’s Degrees in Childhood Studies, Psychology, and Public Affairs & Policy at Rutgers University. Omari has wide ranging experience in the social services field; first in the educational and behavioral health settings, then later at an emergency housing provider as a Program and Compliance Director. Omari Baye joined PEC in February 2021 after partnering with the BELL Project (Building Early Links for Learning) for three and a half years. He currently works to connect families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity to high-quality early childhood education programs.

Jasmine (Jas) Daniels
Miss Pennsylvania USA

Jasmine (Jas) Daniels is a graduate of Immaculata University and a proud woman in tech, working as a Client Manager for a digital marketing agency. Her entrepreneurial spirit motivated her to also start her own boutique-style digital marketing agency, helping small businesses nationwide create impactful websites and build a social media presence.
When she’s not busy in her home office, Jasmine loves the gym, traveling – especially to the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family and dogs, Kingston and Kimber!
A woman of ambition, diligence, and resilience, Jas is passionate about service, representation, and uplifting women. Her ultimate goal is to make sure others feel seen, heard, and valued in this world.

Shondell D. Revell
Executive Director for the Office of Violence Prevention at the City of Philadelphia

With a background in social work and social services, Shondell Revell has dedicated his life to serving youth, young adults, and families in Philadelphia.
As the executive director of OVP, he is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the City’s investments in anti-violence programs across multiple departments.
